The Creative Minds of Halé
Carlos Reséndiz and Elisa López de Lara
Our story begins in 2019, when Carlos and Elisa founded “Once Interiorismo”, creating unique spaces, from design to fabrication, for residential and commercial projects between Mexico and the United States.
What began as a sustainable and affordable home project for themselves soon became a true life mission.
Today, we design and build modular homes that combine beauty, practicality and durability, offering every customer an accessible, sustainable and energy-efficient home.
We believe our homes can be a concrete solution to the challenges of housing, sustainability and financial freedom. We are proud to lead this movement.
Envie d’une maison pensée pour vous ? Parlons-en.
Why Halé ?
My grandparents told me that when they bought their house, they put all their savings into buying land. But once they did, they didn't have enough money to build their house. That's when my grandmother had an idea: she asked my grandfather to build a single room, with a bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen. That way, they could move in right away and, over time, add rooms and other spaces to make their house bigger. So, step by step, they built the house of their dreams together.
Our homes combine design, the comfort of a hotel with the warmth of a home, while respecting and protecting the environment. Halé embodies the natural evolution of our way of living, creating spaces that connect with us and allow us to enjoy well-being every day.
